What is Executive Manager Procurement – MMBL?
We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement activities across Technology, Non-Technology, and Strategic sourcing categories. The Executive Manager Procurement will play a key role in ensuring cost efficiency, compliance with procurement policies, timely execution of projects, and effective stakeholder coordination. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to process optimization while supporting organizational growth and governance.
What Executive Manager Procurement – MMBL Does?

End to end procurement management of all Technology, Non-Technology and Strategic procurement projects as assigned by management [Procurement/vendor coordination including acquisition of Quotations/Bids, preparation of BES/QES, handling Technical evaluation & Commercial evaluation, seeking approvals from management and PO issuance].

Expertise in handling RFP, RFQ & RFI processes in order to guide internal departments as per their procurement needs.

Meeting project team and department POCs for projects understanding and ensuring compliance and project agility as per Procurement policy / manual

PO Issuance as per policy within agreed lead time and ensuring all the required documentation is attached with PO.

Leading Annual Procurement Plan activity and ensuring periodic monitoring for timely projects completion.

Achieving targeted savings through TCO / Weighted average / Lowest cost model (as and when required)

Streamlining routine purchases through long term SLA / FSA based arrangements for process efficiency.

Playing a pivotal role in updating Procurement manual and policy as per updated processes and systems.

Should have extensive knowledge of Oracle iProcurement, Purchasing, Sourcing and iSupplier. Preferably the candidate should have been part of core team for implementing above Oracle modules in their previous roles.

Contribute to the development of procurement, contract management and purchasing practices and guidelines consistent with Procurement policy

Coordination with all internal and external stakeholders for better understanding and continuous improvement in the procurement process.

Frequent training to internal and external stakeholders

Record keeping of the entire data in soft for back up and audit purposes. Manage, update & keep track all types of filling for Procurement.

Any other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum
8 years of relevant experience
in procurement and/or supply chain management.

Strong hands-on experience with
Oracle Purchasing, iProcurement, and iSourcing
.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
