Leadership and team inspiration
- Inspire and guide an India-based creative team (designers, copywriters, videographers, UI/UX specialists) to achieve and align with the priorities of US creative leadership.
- Coach and oversee professional growth for India-based team leaders and members.
- Create a collaborative, empowering environment that delivers creative excellence and attracts, develops, and retains top-tier creative talent.
- Understand the go-to-market strategies for each business and the development and adoption of best practices across businesses.
- Lead the integration and alignment of USI-based professionals across geographies, including the US and Costa Rica.
Creativity strategy and persuasive communication
- Set the creative vision and strategy, guiding teams in leveraging advanced art, design, and branding principles to deliver engaging visual stories and proposals.
- Champion the use of “design thinking” methodologies to turn complex business ideas into compelling creative solutions.
- Establish standards for communicating creative visions clearly to diverse audiences (clients, internal stakeholders, etc.).
- Guide teams and professionals to create innovative solutions within the framework of the proposal and other deliverables.
Business acumen and innovation
- Demonstrate and cultivate across teams’ full expertise and understanding of the end-to-end proposal process.
- Align creative solutions with business objectives and client requirements, maintaining a strong brand identity throughout.
- Respond to evolving industry trends, client expectations, and competitive landscape, and recommend new areas for development and training to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of the creative team.
- Champion the integration of AI-powered and other automation tools to streamline and drive efficiencies in the strategic creative process and deliverable production and scale across the broader pipeline
Project management and organizational management
- Provide strategic direction and oversight on creative support for the pursuit pipeline in close collaboration with US leadership.
- Establish frameworks and best practices for resource management, empowering teams to efficiently deliver high-quality outputs.
- Deliver regular utilization and efficiency reports to US and USI leadership.
- Set and uphold standards for accuracy and quality across creative outputs.

- Advanced knowledge in MS Office, UI/UX best practices, digital media and video production tools and methodologies, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other relevant tools/platforms.
- Experience with video production and digital asset creation and management.
Required qualifications
- Post graduate degree preferred; or equivalent in Fine Arts/ Media/ Visual Communication
- Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of experience as a Creative lead with an agency/firm with at least 5+ years of experience in sales/business development/proposal environment.
