Executive Manager Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Affairs will support the execution of high-impact strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, Islamic banking transformation, and enterprise-wide projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support execution and tracking of strategic initiatives
  2. Coordinate across functions to ensure timely delivery
  3. Support engagement with regulators including SBP and SECP
  4. Prepare high quality presentations, business cases, and Board materials
  5. Conduct research, analysis and feasibility assessments

Job Requirements:

  • Education: MBA/Bachelor in Business, Finance, Law and related field.
  • Experience: minimum 8 years of experience
