Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach & Coordination
- Conduct customer outreach through emails, WhatsApp/messages, and voice calls.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Prepare outreach reports and monitor customer engagement metrics.
Social Media Management
- Coordinate with marketing agencies and manage all company social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Liaise with external marketing agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns and content calendars.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Content Development & Creative Design
- Create, edit, and publish engaging marketing content for digital channels.
- Design social media posts, promotional materials, presentations, and marketing collateral using relevant design tools.
- Develop creative content including graphics, videos, promotional messages, and campaign materials.
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
- Support branding, promotional events, and customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, customer outreach, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools.
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
