Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves driving retail sales among SME merchants and retail outlets by promoting digital payment solutions such as payment links and QR codes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential merchants, building strong client relationships, and acquiring new business to support the company’s growth in the digital payments space.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard new SME merchants and retail outlets.

Pitch and demonstrate payment links and QR code solutions as effective, easy-to-use payment options.

Educate merchants on digital payment acceptance and the benefits of replacing or supplementing traditional POS machine payments.

Manage end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and client meetings to closure and activation.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.

Track daily sales performance and report updates to the Sales Manager.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, issue resolution, and customer support.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the digital payments sector.

Good understanding of digital payments, QR codes, and POS systems preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Experience: 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, banking, or merchant acquisition.
