IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for ensuring compliance with approved SOPs in material planning and inventory management, including adherence to ERP movement protocols and Delegation of Powers. It oversees documentation accuracy, stock monitoring, periodic counts, and reconciliation processes, while preventing discrepancies, unauthorized adjustments, and ensuring effective control of inventory, including returns and slow-moving stock

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ERP movement types, and DoP approvals while maintaining complete and accurate documentation for all material transactions.
• Monitor inventory health by managing stock aging, conducting cycle counts and stock takes, reconciling physical and system inventory, and controlling returns and adjustments.
• Enforce proper ERP usage by validating stock movements, ensuring supporting documentation, monitoring reversals, restricting access, and maintaining audit trails.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring material traceability, compliance with tax and customs regulations, and adherence to document retention policies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• Business Graduate, certification in SCM will be an added advantage.

Technical Competencies:

• SAP Products
• Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, PowerPoint
• Documentation Basics
• Analytical Skills
