POSITION OVERVIEW
- Executive physician leadership role focused on medical strategy and clinical oversight
- Oversight of medical policy, quality improvement, and healthcare operations

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $300,000 – $450,000
- Executive-level compensation structure
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Predictable daytime executive hours
ROLE
- Lead clinical quality and medical strategy initiatives
- Oversee medical policy development and implementation
- Advise executive leadership on healthcare operations and patient care initiatives
- Support culturally sensitive healthcare delivery and professional ethics
- Drive healthcare quality improvement efforts across organization
