Job Purpose:

• To support in the development, management, and growth of IoT and M2M solutions by owning the end-to-end product ecosystem. The role requires ensuring seamless delivery, performance, and support across all product stages — from conception and go-to-market to customer success — by driving alignment among internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the product owner for the IoT/M2M portfolio, ensuring a cohesive ecosystem covering product design, delivery, operations, and lifecycle management
• Maintain and enhance existing IoT/M2M solutions to ensure continued market competitiveness and customer satisfaction
• Lead the design and launch of new products and solutions based on market research, customer insights, and commercial viability
• Develop business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies
• Drive revenue growth and profitability by increasing market penetration of IoT, M2M, and related mobility solutions
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and business dashboards to recommend improvements and ensuring informed decision-making
• Coordinate with cross-functional and regional teams for gathering technical inputs, ensuring timely execution, and alignment with business objectives
• Manage inventory levels to ensure consistent product availability while optimizing operational efficiency
• Build and manage relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure product innovation, integration, and support
• Own the full product lifecycle — from concept and development to commercial launch and ongoing performance optimization
• Prepare proposals, RFPs, and solution documents while ensuring alignment with customer and business needs
• Strategize portfolio planning, budgeting, and long-term roadmap development

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education :

• Must have Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
• MBA or equivalent qualification would be preferred

Work Experience:

• Preferably 2-4 years of experience in IoT/M2M, enterprise mobility, or product management
• Strong grasp of IoT technologies, connectivity solutions, and enterprise product deployment cycles
