Job Title : Executive – Mold Maintenance (Maintenance Engineering)

Location : Kheda

Experience Required : 5 to 7 Years

Qualification : ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making

Key Responsibilities

• Perform major repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance of molds to ensure all machines remain in top condition.
• Lead mold upgrades, automation projects, and provide technical training and support to shop floor engineers.
• Ensure timely availability of molds and change parts for production needs.
• Plan and execute preventive and unplanned maintenance schedules.
• Maintain high-quality standards in all maintenance activities.
• Record and monitor cycle time, efficiency, and downtime; conduct root cause analysis to minimize breakdowns.
• Optimize costs for repairs and outsourced mold services.
• Provide technical guidance in spare parts and change part development.
• Resolve mold-related customer complaints and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Manage storage, retrieval, and coding of molds and critical spares.
• Maintain detailed documentation on mold standards, history, and maintenance expenses.
• Oversee production, mold maintenance follow-ups, and raw material handling (3P operation).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in mold and press tool design, process, and assembly
• Proficient in injection molding and blow molding (cosmetics)
• Knowledge of plastic materials, processing, tool trials, and qualification
• Familiar with preventive maintenance systems
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
