IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of Managed Security Services (MSSP) operations , maintaining high standards of service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The position involves monitoring, managing, and optimizing daily MSSP operations , resolving technical and security-related issues, and ensuring consistent service performance across all platforms. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate operations, maintain compliance with defined frameworks , and strengthen PTCL’s position as a trusted Managed Security Services Provider . While operating under established policies and procedures, the role also requires independent judgment, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication to uphold operational excellence and customer trust.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Bsc computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master’s preferred) Professional.
• Relevant Certifications such as Cloud , CCNA Security, CEH, CHFI, Red Teaming, Blue Teaming CompTIASecurity+, ITIL, or SIEM-related certifications will be an added advantage
• 2–4 years of experience in Cloud /Security Operations, MSSP, SOC, or IT infrastructure/Network Security role
• Hands-on experience with incident response, monitoring tools, and compliance processes.
