Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth network operations by effectively managing shift activities, resolving technical issues, and overseeing provisioning and routing tasks. They should be adept at maintaining service efficiency, troubleshooting complex problems, and supporting operational processes to ensure uninterrupted voice network performance
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor messaging traffic (per minute, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly) and troubleshoot Level 1 issues.
- Handle complaints via Zendesk, Bitrix, Skype, WhatsApp, and email, escalating when necessary.
- Execute provisioning and routing requests, resolve trouble tickets, and generate operational reports.
- Conduct interconnection, routing, and testing for wholesale messaging carriers.
- Manage new interconnects and ensure smooth integration.
- Provide technical support to stakeholders and update NOC team during shift handovers.
- Analyze Wireshark traces for root cause analysis and compile statistical reports.
- Maintain strict compliance with KPIs, company policies, and procedures
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Systems Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year in a related or similar role.
- Proficiency in SIP and SMPP SMS protocols, computer networks, IP protocols, Linux, Wireshark, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic OOP concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication, emotional stability, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
