An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced
Executive Office Manager
to support a high-profile senior leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at coordination, and enjoys managing board-level logistics.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule meetings for Board and Advisory members (virtual & in-person)

Prepare agendas, briefing packs, and accurate meeting minutes

Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders

Manage executive calendars, travel, and hospitality arrangements

Support high-level events, workshops, and strategic initiatives

Maintain confidential records, documents, and correspondence
Candidate Profile:

8–10 years of experience in executive support, office management, or board coordination
-
Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership, preferably in international or high-profile organizations

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and meeting/document management systems

High discretion, professionalism, and stakeholder management capabilities
Salary: 30-35k AED (depending on experience)
