Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Non-profit Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the mission of our organization through effective project coordination, event planning, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for community service, ensuring that our initiatives run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan events to promote the organization's mission and engage the community.
  • This position will handle Social Media, Adobe and Excel skills are a MUST.
  • Provide executive support, including calendar management and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and bookkeeping using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Manage office operations, including filing, clerical tasks, and front desk duties.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Utilize Google Workspace for document management and collaboration.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity; perform transcription tasks as needed.
  • Support project coordination efforts by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles or as a personal assistant within a non-profit environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Someone who has maintained a WIX site.
  • 2 years Human Resources experience is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and clerical work.
  • Familiarity with Excel/QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is a plus.
  • Experience in event planning or project coordination is highly desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $23.50 per hour
