Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and execution departments.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and budgeting of construction activities.
• Handle official correspondence, documentation, and reporting related to project operations.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and ensure materials are accounted for accurately.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Key Skills Required:

• Solid hands-on experience in construction site activities and execution methods.
• Proficiency in project scheduling and budget tracking.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project-related documentation and communication.
• Thorough understanding of quantity estimation from engineering drawings.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
