The position of Executive Operations Coordinator serves as the primary point person for the Administrative Department and provides high-level administrative, operational, and financial coordination support to the Executive Pastor and staff. This role includes regular interaction with church members and the public and requires a motivated self-starter with a professional and Christlike demeanor.
The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. He or she must be able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision while working collaboratively as part of a team and handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
