This role will be a critical member of the Chief of Staff team supporting the Chief Operating Officer at Optimum. This is a dual-role position that blends program management and operational execution with executive administrative support.
This individual will serve as a trusted partner to the COO and Chief of Staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while also driving forward key priorities, special projects, and ad hoc initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in ambiguity – able to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and operate with a high degree of judgment and discretion.
