About the Role
We’re a fast-growing healthcare organization looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day executive and corporate operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their professional career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience working closely with leadership in a fast-paced business environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while learning new systems and processes quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Support Executive Assistants and leadership teams with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, scheduling, and internal communications
- Maintain and update information across internal systems and spreadsheets
- Create, organize, and track reports, templates, and operational documents
- Assist with CRM and internal systems management
- Help ensure projects and tasks stay organized and completed on time
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Provide general operational and administrative support across departments
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of professional administrative, office, operations, or coordinator experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy and confident learning new software and systems
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, formulas, sorting/filtering, and basic reporting functions
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Bonus Points For
- Experience supporting leadership or executive teams
- Experience using CRM or operational management systems
- Healthcare or corporate office experience

Additional Information
- Full-time, fully on-site role in Lakewood, NJ
- Must be able to commute daily
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
