Executive Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We’re a fast-growing healthcare organization looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day executive and corporate operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their professional career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience working closely with leadership in a fast-paced business environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while learning new systems and processes quickly.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Executive Assistants and leadership teams with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, scheduling, and internal communications
  • Maintain and update information across internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Create, organize, and track reports, templates, and operational documents
  • Assist with CRM and internal systems management
  • Help ensure projects and tasks stay organized and completed on time
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Provide general operational and administrative support across departments

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of professional administrative, office, operations, or coordinator experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy and confident learning new software and systems
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, formulas, sorting/filtering, and basic reporting functions
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Bonus Points For

  • Experience supporting leadership or executive teams
  • Experience using CRM or operational management systems
  • Healthcare or corporate office experience

Additional Information

  • Full-time, fully on-site role in Lakewood, NJ
  • Must be able to commute daily

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
