This is not a traditional operations role and not an EA position.

We’re hiring for a newly created role within a fully regulated, institutional digital assets platform in the UAE , backed by sovereign and global investors. The business operates at the intersection of finance, regulation, and Web3 infrastructure .

This role is designed for ex-management consultants or senior operators who are ready to move from advising to owning execution at CEO level .

What you’ll actually do:

• Act as the CEO’s execution partner across the organisation

• Connect operations, compliance, trading, technology, HR, and leadership

• Coordinate with UAE regulators when required (VARA, CBUAE)

• Drive cross-functional initiatives tied directly to growth and scale

• Own internal cadence, priorities, and leadership execution

• Help build the operating rhythm of a regulated financial institution

Think consultant brain + operator mindset , with genuine exposure, trust, and responsibility.

This role is for you if you have:

• 4–6+ years in management consulting or similar environments

• Background in financial services, fintech, digital assets, or regulated industries

• Strong executive presence, structured thinking, calm under pressure

• Appetite for ambiguity, ownership, and being close to decision-making
