Assist in designing and implementing OD initiatives including training programs, employee development activities, and performance enhancement projects.

Support employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive and collaborative work culture.

Coordinate with departments for training needs assessment and scheduling development sessions.

Assist in compiling HR data, preparing reports, dashboards, and OD-related analysis.

Support HR policy implementation, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with the HR team in planning and executing culture-building and change-management initiatives.

Participate in departmental meetings, review sessions, and ongoing OD projects to gain hands-on exposure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
