The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and autonomous Executive Partnership Manager to build and lead our brand partnerships business unit. This is a rare opportunity to join an entrepreneurial environment where you will work directly with the founders to shape and execute a high-impact partnerships strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing brand partnerships for athletes and sports teams that have opted in to be supported by All Time, working with a network of leading brands, agencies, and sponsors to deliver exceptional value to our clients. This role requires a highly autonomous professional with the vision, initiative, and drive to build All Time’s brand partnerships business unit from the ground up, establishing its strategy, network, and operations with minimal supervision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Build and lead the brand partnerships business unit from the ground up. ? Identify and approach high-value brand and agency partners across sports, luxury, and lifestyle sectors. ? Negotiate and secure sponsorship and endorsement deals for athletes and sports teams. ? Maintain strong, long-term relationships with both brands and clients, ensuring seamless execution of agreements. ? Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from contract signing through activation and delivery of all rights and benefits. ? Liaise with third-party suppliers, agencies, and brand partners to ensure contractual deliverables are met. ? Monitor, track, and report on all activations, ensuring alignment with agreed KPIs and brand standards. ? Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnerships into All Time’s wider strategy. ? Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
? 4–7 years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship, sports marketing, or related fields. ? Extensive network on the brand, sponsorship and agency side. ? Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proven negotiation abilities and strategic thinking. ? Business acumen and analytical mindset. ? Track record of delivering contractual obligations in full and on time. ? Experience managing relationships with high-profile clients. ? Project management skills for partnership implementation. ? Adaptability and problem-solving abilities. ? Entrepreneurial spirit, with the drive to build a new business unit within a growing company. ? Languages: English mandatory; French and Arabic preferred; Italian is a plus.
