Business Development Manager

A leading international FinTech brokerage firm is looking for a Business Development Professional based in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in CFD, Forex, and multi-asset trading to drive client acquisition, manage IB partnerships, and expand the firm’s existing IB network across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Acquire and manage clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and affiliates.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with fund managers and trading partners.
• Expand and manage the firm’s IB network, ensuring strong performance and partner satisfaction.
• Achieve targets for deposits, trading volumes, and active client growth.
• Guide clients and IBs through onboarding, trading platforms (MT4/MT5/Web/App), and payment solutions.
• Ensure all processes comply with KYC/AML requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor IB performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years in brokerage / FX / CFD sales or IB management (UAE or GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5), IB/CMS models, commission structures (CPA, RevShare), and liquidity models (ECN/STP/MM).
• Solid understanding of AML/KYC requirements and experience collaborating with compliance teams.
• Proven track record of hitting deposit and trading volume targets, and managing IB portfolios.
• Languages: English, with or Hindi preferred.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

• brokerage, CFD, or Forex sales/IB management: 2 years (Required)
• UAE FinTech Brokerage: 2 years (Required)
• MT4, MT5, or other web/app trading platforms: 2 years (Required)
