OverviewThe role The Paid Social, Search and Programmatic will lead the implementation and development of the channel, maximizing customer growth at cost-effective levels. Reporting to the Paid Social Manager, the successful candidate will also integrate cross-functionally, regularly liaising with other teams within Media Strategy & Analytics and the wider business org. The role includes: preparing performance media recommendation, media plan, reports, MRF and optimization recommendation.
ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Product
To create media plans and recommendations, optimization insights, reports (xls & ppt) and MRF for performance media used.
To be able to communicate clearly the recommendations and insights with internal and external stakeholders (direct communication with the client, creative agency etc.)
Own the performance of the paid social channel through end-to-end management of execution, optimization and insight generation.
Lead Social media-buying across all territories, ensuring both functions are optimized to achieve high levels of growth with an ROI-focus.
Effectively collaborate with other teams and internal stakeholders.
Utilizing a clear test and learn agenda.
Clearly communicate Social performance and uncover growth levers, effectively documenting our strategies and approach, to drive common understanding and efficiency.
Expert in maintaining budget tracking sheets & accurate reporting.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
Experience with a track record of delivering successful campaigns in a similar role.
Solid understanding of Performance media landscape with the main focus on Social media.
Experience using Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok ad platforms is essential (can launch, optimize and create reports without any external support). Experience leveraging other social platforms would be a bonus.
Highly numerate and comfortable using excel to both run campaign analysis and provide recommendations with demonstrable experience driving growth through testing and analysis.
Proven experience with Direct Response paid social campaigns with experience with attribution, conversion tracking, and optimizing towards strict KPI goals.
A problem solver at heart, interested in working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent troubleshooting and QA skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi task with effective resolution management in a fast paced, growing environment.
Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks.
Possesses strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills.
Is a confident and articulate presenter.
Is capable of project management to ensure tasks being delivered on a timely manner across multiple campaigns running at the same time.
Possesses strong software skills that support the delivery of high quality client facing documents.
Innovative & Analytical Mindset
Ability to assess digital platforms, launch campaigns and improve performance to achieve client's goals.
Ability to develop & work on, and present decks related to performance media plans (with a supervision of the manager).
People & LeadershipBS/MS degree in marketing or a related field - which means that the talent can join the team and start immediately putting together: media plans, reports, optimization recommendations, MRFs - for performance media.
Proven working experience of at least 2 years in performance media planning.
