Job Overview:
Social Donut is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to join our team as a Performance Marketing Executive. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in evaluating campaign performance, generating insights, and contributing to the success of our clients.
Responsibilities:
1) Campaign Analysis:

Evaluate the performance of digital advertising campaigns on various platforms, focusing on key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.

Provide regular reports and actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
2) Data Interpretation:

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

Work closely with the digital marketing team to refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
3) Ad Platform Management:

Assist in the management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
4) Budget Monitoring:

Support the monitoring of campaign budgets and pacing, providing recommendations for efficient resource allocation.

Contribute to budget optimization strategies based on performance analysis.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign analysis and optimization.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including PPC, SEM, and social media advertising.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:

Expertise in Meta ads planning, execution and optimisation

Experience with additional digital advertising platforms.
