Role Overview & Key Responsibilities


As an Executive Personal Assistant , you will directly support the CEO/General Manager and ensure seamless coordination of executive-level workflows. Your responsibilities include:


  • Managing all internal and external communication on behalf of the executive
  • Organizing and maintaining the executive’s daily agenda, appointments, and visitor schedule
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, pre-reads, and reports, and ensuring cross-departmental information flow
  • Preparing research documents, presentations, executive briefs, and reports as requested
  • Providing coordination for high-level programs and events involving internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visa procedures
  • Ensuring professional representation of the executive office at all times
  • Tracking action items, deadlines, and follow-ups with relevant departments



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or associate degree from relevant departments
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience supporting board-level and CEO/general manager roles
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong knowledge of corporate correspondence and protocol rules
  • Ability to coordinate international communication and logistics
  • Excellent communication, representation, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and strong diction
  • Highly organized, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Ability to prepare and deliver high-quality presentations
  • Eligibility to obtain a Personnel Security Clearance
  • For male candidates: military service completed
