We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a high-net-worth CEO primarily in personal, lifestyle, and day-to-day matters, with limited but critical business coordination. This role requires exceptional discretion, reliability, judgment, and the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
The ideal candidate anticipates needs, manages details quietly, and takes pride in protecting time, privacy, and personal well-being. This is a long-term role for someone comfortable working closely with a private individual and handling matters that require maturity and trust.

Confidentiality and Trust
This role requires a high level of trust and discretion. The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant will have access to sensitive personal and private information and is expected to handle all matters with professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
A non-disclosure agreement will be required. Maintaining privacy, exercising sound judgment, and acting with integrity are core expectations of this role, both during and after employment.
