A fast-growing, entrepreneurial company is seeking a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive/Personal Assistant to support the Founder across both business and personal operations. Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain a complex and ever-evolving calendar across business and personal commitments

Coordinate meetings, calls, appointments, and scheduling logistics

Assist with inbox management, follow-ups, and prioritization of communications

Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, reservations, itineraries, and transportation logistics

Handle personal assistant duties including errands, gifting, appointments, and lifestyle coordination

Support operational and administrative projects for the Founder and broader business as needed

Help manage deadlines, task tracking, and organization across multiple priorities

Coordinate with vendors, clients, partners, and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently

Assist with event coordination, dinners, networking events, and occasional offsite logistics

Conduct research and help source solutions, vendors, tools, or services as needed

Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and organizational partner to the Founder
Requirements:

2-5+ years of experience supporting an executive, founder, entrepreneur, or high-level professional

Startup experience strongly preferred

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

Tech-savvy and comfortable with calendar management tools and modern communication platforms

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Able to pivot quickly and remain calm under pressure

Comfortable handling both executive-level tasks and day-to-day personal support

Hybrid with flexibility required
Compensation:
Up to $80,000 based on experience
