Role : Executive Personal Assistant
(reporting to The Chairman & Board).
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Salary: AED 15,000 all inclusive.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, calls, and communication on behalf of senior management
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders
- Organize and manage corporate events, board meetings, conferences, and executive functions
- Handle venue bookings, vendor coordination, event logistics, and guest management
- Prepare event budgets and monitor expenses
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for executives and event attendees
- Ensure smooth execution of events from planning to post-event follow-up
- Support special projects and personal tasks assigned by executives
- Maintain confidential records and executive documentation
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior executives while also managing corporate events, meetings, and special functions.
- Proven experience in running C-level administration offices and managing operations.
- Support with Minimum 5-7 years' experience in C-Level as a Personal Assistant.
- Communication in English is an absolute must.
