Location: New York, NY

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: 120,000-150,000

Position Overview

The Executive Personal Assistant will provide high-level personal and administrative support to the 2 Founders of this private equity firm, ensuring seamless coordination of their personal and family-related activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and logistics across multiple residences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain personal calendars for Founders, ensuring alignment with family and household schedules.
  • Manage logistics for multiple residences, including vendor coordination, deliveries, and household projects.
  • Arrange and confirm personal appointments, reservations, and errands with attention to detail.
  • Plan and execute personal and family travel, including booking accommodations, activities, and transportation.
  • Organize private travel arrangements, including private jet scheduling and related logistics.

Required Experience/Skills

  • 4–15 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant with a strong focus on personal support.
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or executives in financial services.
  • Familiarity with luxury travel planning and private aviation coordination.
  • Experience managing multiple residences and household operations.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in calendar management tools and communication platforms.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
