Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support, including complex calendar management and scheduling.

Coordinate extensive travel arrangements and manage detailed itineraries.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with exceptional written and verbal English proficiency.

Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Serve as the primary point of contact, screening communications and managing stakeholders effectively.

Assist with various personal and professional tasks for the C-suite and other senior executives as needed.
Essential Qualifications:

Native-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Strong IT skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software.

Proven experience in a similar Personal Assistant (PA) or Executive Assistant (EA) role, ideally supporting C-suite or higher management.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, multicultural team.
