Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, dependable, and proactive House Manager / Executive Assistant to support a busy family and business owner. This role is a mix of household management, childcare coordination, travel planning, and executive support.
The right person is someone who stays a step ahead—anticipating needs, keeping things organized, and handling both personal and business responsibilities without things slipping through the cracks. This role may also require occasional travel with the CEO, depending on business and personal needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesHousehold Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home to keep everything running smoothly
- Manage and coordinate household staff, including cleaners, nannies, and service providers
- Schedule and oversee maintenance, repairs, and vendor visits
- Keep household supplies stocked, organized, and maintained
- Manage family calendars, appointments, and overall logistics
Childcare Coordination
- Assist with school pick-up and drop-off as needed
- Coordinate extracurricular activities, appointments, and schedules
- Communicate with schools, caregivers, and activity providers
- Help keep daily routines structured and organized
Personal Assistant Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for the owners
- Handle errands, reservations, and day-to-day personal requests
- Assist with bill payments, household accounts, and document organization
- Coordinate family events, special occasions, and personal projects
Travel & Planning
- Plan and coordinate family vacations from start to finish
- Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
- Manage schedules, confirmations, and last-minute changes
- Prepare detailed, easy-to-follow travel plans
- Coordinate with travel vendors and service providers
- Accompany the CEO on travel when needed to provide on-the-ground coordination and support
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the owner’s email inbox daily
- Flag urgent and high-priority items and keep things moving
- Draft responses and communicate on behalf of the owner when appropriate
- Route tasks and emails to the right team members for follow-up
- Track action items and ensure nothing gets missed
- Provide light support on business operations, reporting, and coordination
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a House Manager, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to think ahead and problem-solve independently
- Comfortable with email, calendars, travel platforms, and basic office tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Full-time or part-time flexibility depending on the candidate
- Bonus potential based on performance
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
