We are seeking an exceptional
Senior Personal Assistant
to work in close partnership with an Executive Assistant in supporting the CEO of a fast-paced, high-performing Private Equity firm. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who thrives in an always-on environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and operates with absolute discretion and precision.

supporting senior executives in demanding, high-stakes environments and views their role as a long-term career, not a stepping stone.
Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support

Provide comprehensive personal and professional support to the CEO, in coordination with the Executive Assistant

Manage complex personal scheduling, logistics, and priorities alongside business commitments

Act as a trusted gatekeeper, handling sensitive and confidential matters with impeccable judgment

Maintain seamless day-to-day operations for the CEO across work and personal life
Travel & Logistics

Coordinate complex domestic and international travel (commercial and private), including last-minute changes

Oversee all travel details: visas, itineraries, ground transportation, accommodations, and security considerations

Be available during travel to resolve issues in real time
Household & Lifestyle Management

Manage personal vendors and services (household staff, property management, advisors, etc.)

Handle personal projects, events, and special initiatives as needed

Ensure all personal obligations are executed flawlessly and on time
Communication & Coordination

Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO, family members, internal teams, and external stakeholders

Draft and manage personal correspondence when needed

Partner closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure unified, proactive support
Qualifications

10+ years
of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-suite executives or principals

Experience in Private Equity, Finance, Investment Management, or similarly demanding environments strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to operate with a
24/7 mentality
and respond calmly under pressure

Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:
$150,000 – $200,000, commensurate with experience
