Executive Personal Assistant to Peter Doyle (Full-Time | In-Office | Immediate Start

We are hiring an elite Executive Personal Assistant to support Peter Doyle, Executive Director at Consult Group Worldwide (CGW). This is not an ordinary support role. It’s a high-impact, career-building opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced executive environments and can operate with full discretion, initiative, and absolute precision.


You will be working directly with one of the leading voices in alternative investments and private credit. Your daily responsibilities will span across executive support, administrative execution, operations coordination, and strategic communication. You will be involved in multiple live business projects and expected to execute at the highest professional level from day one.


Responsibilities Overview:

You will manage Peter Doyle’s full calendar, travel schedules, meeting coordination, and personal admin. You will liaise with operations and business development teams to ensure tasks, deadlines, and meetings are all running on track. You will coordinate investor follow-ups, email communication, documentation, and ensure all stakeholders receive timely and professional responses.


You must be comfortable picking up the phone to chase a task, schedule a meeting, or speak with stakeholders. You’ll also be required to support Peter on the ground, including driving to meetings and handling personal logistics. This role requires a high level of maturity, initiative, and attention to detail.

You must be socially confident, process-driven, and deeply reliable. You need to be adaptable, fast, and excellent under pressure. Minimum Requirements:


  • 4 to 8 years supporting a C-level executive in a similar capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Admin, Management, or Communications preferred)
  • Excellent English — written and spoken at a corporate/professional level
  • Must have a valid UAE Driving License
  • Must be based in Dubai
  • Must be available to start immediately
  • Strong experience using Google Workspace, Zoom, WhatsApp, and CRM systems (Zoho is a plus)
  • Prior experience in admin, executive assistance, operations, or investor communication roles


Preferred (Not Mandatory):


  • Background in finance, capital raising, consulting, or professional services
  • Familiarity with CRM workflows, investor onboarding processes, or LinkedIn B2B communication
  • Professional written communication experience on behalf of a senior leader

Salary:

AED 7,000 to AED 10,000 per month depending on experience, skillset, and availability.
