Executive Personal Assistant to Tech Executive

We are seeking a Seattle-based Executive Personal Assistant to support a senior leadership principal. The ideal candidate brings keen attention to detail and the ability to manage and execute professional and personal commitments without sacrificing speed, quality, or discretion. This role requires always being two steps ahead. This is a non-traditional EA role with exposure to various aspects of the business alongside hands-on management of the principal's personal needs. Candidates from event planning, hospitality, travel, entertainment, design, medicine, and beyond are all encouraged to apply.


Requirements:

  • Based in Seattle with availability for in-person support at least 3 days per week; ability to travel and adapt to evolving priorities, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Experience in executive support, office management, operations, or a related field; ideally within a high-growth or fast-paced environment
  • Discreet, polished, and proactive; able to execute without explicit instruction or reminders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders and deliver concise updates to leadership
  • Technically proficient with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Calendly, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong judgment around design and hospitality; connections in Seattle's food, design, and creative scenes are a plus


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all parties needing to reach leadership, including clients, employees, candidates, press inquiries, and external vendors
  • Manage professional and personal calendars and travel
  • Support the growing local team by planning get-togethers, team onsites, customer engagement events, and recruiting events; assist with scoping office space
  • Assist with personal projects and errands, including home renovations, social events, vendor and household logistics, medical and wellness appointments, and general day-to-day coordination
  • Provide travel preparation support and manage dog care and miscellaneous personal tasks as needed


Location:

  • Location: Seattle, Washington
  • Schedule: Hybrid, full-time
  • Availability: 24/7 mindset required


Compensation:

Up to $160k DOE, benefits package.
