Job Purpose
-
To ensure end-to-end management and successful delivery of regional engineering projects related to Field Operations by driving planning, execution, monitoring, and compliance. The role supports KPI achievement, cross-functional coordination, quality assurance, and cost optimization, enabling alignment with organizational and regional goals.
Job Responsibilities
-
Project Management: End-to-end ownership of regional and sub-regional projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of all deliverables, milestones, and KPIs.

Maintenance Compliance & Project Audit: Ensure adherence to standards in all Telco and Non-Telco maintenance operations and perform comprehensive audits of specialized projects executed by the MS vendor.

KPI & Target Monitoring: Assist DD Engineering in developing, monitoring, and maintaining KPIs and KCIs at the regional level, with a focus on meeting timelines and quality standards.

Cross-Departmental Coordination: Liaise with HQ teams (O&M, NP, NC, Cost Control, etc.) and sub-regions to ensure project enablement, timely issue resolution, and alignment with regional goals.

Support & Compliance Oversight: Identify support needs from sub-regions and drive compliance for successful project and KPI achievement.

Engineering Project Evaluation: Assess ongoing and planned engineering projects across regions to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with both regional and commercial standards.

Data & Reporting Management: Maintain and manage project dashboards and databases; monitor progress and highlight risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement.

Risk & Issue Management: Assist in identifying and resolving project risks and challenges through mitigation strategies and contingency planning in collaboration with the line manager.

Communication Enhancement: Strengthen inter- and intra-departmental coordination and communication, including across sub-regions and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution and closure.

Quality Assurance: Conduct quality audits and ensure the delivery of equipment and services meets defined quality benchmarks and project requirements.

Financial Oversight: Support in overall OPEX/CAPEX tracking and cost control to ensure projects stay within budget and deliver optimal value.
