Executive Producer

Company Description

electriclimeº are a boutique film house with offices in Singapore, Dubai, Sydney, and Bangkok. We are seeking an Executive Producer to head up our Saudi Arabia operations , with a focus on TV commercials and high-end branded content . This leadership role requires managing the team, building new business channels, and maintaining electriclimeº’s creative and production standards in the Kingdom.

Role Description

• Proactively grow the network and develop new channels of business, engaging with client prospects in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and international markets .
• Lead growth strategies for the KSA business with the goal of achieving strong, double-digit year-on-year growth.
• Manage the KSA team and oversee all aspects of production across the region.
• Drive revenue growth by actively engaging with advertising agencies, global networks, and local brands, managing the full end-to-end pitch process .
• Oversee producers, projects, and budgets, ensuring efficiency and profitability across productions.
• Maintain a collaborative, boutique culture that inspires creativity, drive, and energy within the team.
• Supervise all elements of the filmmaking process: development, pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Oversee the overall company schedule and manage multiple projects running in parallel.
• Build and curate electriclimeº’s Director and DOP Roster for the KSA market, in line with company standards and creative style.
• Collaborate closely with electriclimeº offices in Dubai, APAC, and Europe , supporting cross-market productions and ensuring seamless global standards.
• Maintain electriclimeº’s strategic positioning as a high-end, boutique, and trustworthy production partner in Saudi Arabia’s advertising sector.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in production at an advertising agency or production company, with responsibility for managing multiple projects.

Strong business development and client relationship-building skills.

Must have an established network in the advertising and brand sector in Saudi Arabia .

Entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record of growing business units.

Preference for candidates with advertising agency or creative industry background .

Team leadership experience with proven ability to manage and mentor producers and creative staff.

Solid experience across production and post-production .

Strong financial acumen: accounts, budgeting, and P&L oversight.

Ability to strategise and plan growth for the business.

Knowledge of local business and legal frameworks (film contracts, permits, IP, and compliance).

Strong negotiation skills with agencies, clients, and suppliers.

Salary Package

• Base salary with performance incentives
• Up to 20% bonus based on achieving annual targets
