Position: PR & Collaborations Executive

About the Role:
Dermaclust is looking for a dynamic and outgoing PR & Collaborations Executive to build strong relationships with influencers, celebrities, doctors, and industry professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing collaborations, executing PR campaigns, and ensuring brand visibility through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and negotiate collaborations with influencers, celebrities, and professionals (doctors, skincare experts, etc.).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand partners and collaborators.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create impactful content through collaborations.
• Track and evaluate the performance of collaborations and PR activities.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in influencer/PR space.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand collaborations (fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
• Confident personality with the ability to approach and engage high-profile individuals.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content marketing.

Salary Package: Competitive (based on experience)
