As a Marketing Manager, you will be the central hub for all marketing activities for 3-5 different campaigns simultaneously. You will be responsible for deeply understanding each campaigns unique business, industry, and goals to develop, design, and execute complete end-to-end marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role perfect for a strategic thinker who also loves to roll up their sleeves and bring ideas to life across digital, PR, events, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Development: Create comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies and campaigns from the ground up for each campaign, aligning with their specific business objectives (e.g., lead generation, brand awareness, product launch).
- Cross-Channel Execution:
- Digital Marketing: Manage and execute campaigns across SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media (organic and paid), content marketing (blogs, whitepapers, case studies), and website management.
- Public Relations (PR): Develop PR strategies, write press releases, pitch media, secure placements, and manage client reputation.
- Events: Plan and coordinate virtual and physical events (webinars, trade shows, conferences) to enhance brand recognition and generate leads.
- Brand Management: Steward the client's brand, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints and campaigns.
- Client Partnership: Serve as the primary marketing contact for your portfolio of clients. Build strong, trusted relationships through clear communication, strategic guidance, and proven results.
- Project Management: Juggle multiple priorities and deadlines seamlessly. Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal designers, writers, and external vendors to ensure flawless execution.
- Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data and insights (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights) to demonstrate ROI and inform future strategy.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Agency or consultancy experience is a significant plus.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your experience in creating successful campaigns across digital, PR, and events.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to context-switch efficiently between different clients and industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles and the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing software like Mailchimp or HubSpot, SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs).
- A creative and strategic mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
