PR & Media Specialist

Role Summary: We are seeking an adaptive and independent PR & Media Specialist to be the voice of our brand. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work autonomously to build and maintain relationships with media outlets, craft compelling narratives, and secure positive coverage. This role is for a proactive and highly motivated individual who can quickly adapt to new situations and has a talent for strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently develop and implement strategic PR campaigns that align with our brand's objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media professionals.
• Write and distribute engaging press releases, media kits, and company announcements.
• Proactively pitch stories and secure media coverage across various channels.
• Monitor media mentions and analyze public sentiment to inform future PR strategy.
• Serve as a key point of contact for all media inquiries.

Required Software & Skills:

• Media Databases: Cision, Meltwater, Muck Rack.
• Communication: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace.
• Skills: Crisis communication, media relations, content writing (press releases, pitches), and strategic thinking.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a renowned institution in Public Relations, Communications, or Journalism.
• 0-3 years of experience in a PR or media-related role.
• Highly analytical, agile, and capable of handling multiple projects independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
