Social Media Marketing Expert

Job Summary:

Golden Keystone Group is seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Expert to drive our brand's online presence. You will develop and execute data-driven social media strategies, create engaging content across various platforms (including Instagram and LinkedIn), and manage our online community. This role is crucial in supporting our rebranding initiatives and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and rebranding initiatives.
• Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversions, optimizing ad targeting, budgets, and creatives for ROI.
• Content Creation & Management:
• Oversee the creation of engaging and visually appealing posts, videos, and stories optimized for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Create and curate content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Community & Reputation Management:
• Manage and optimize social media profiles to maximize reach and engagement.
• Increase followers and build a strong online community.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews, addressing negative feedback professionally to build strong customer relationships.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Track and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth).
• Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and improvement strategies.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
• Expertise in creating engaging short-form video content for TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Experience in e-commerce or B2B/B2C marketing.
• Knowledge of email marketing and influencer marketing is a plus
• Shift Timing: 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM | Location: Johar Town opposite Emporium Mall
