About Us:

An emerging fast-food restaurant chain is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Assistant to help bring our vision to life.

As a Project Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in vendor management, ingredient sourcing, execution and management of day-to-day operations of fast food chain.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in fast-food chains or the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry, with a strong understanding of industry standards, vendor management, and operational processes flow related to restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience of at least 5-8 years working in fast-food chains or QSR backend operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of project management tools and restaurant operations
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
