Executive Project Director

We are seeking an Executive Projects Director to join a Tier 1 Infrastructure Contractor, based in Riyadh.

The Executive Projects Director will lead a portfolio of major infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia, ensuring safe, on-time, high-quality, and commercially successful delivery.

This position will be based in the Head Office, managing multiple projects across Riyadh.

Successful candidates will have a wealth of experience within large-scale infrastructure projects worth over SAR 1 billion, involving bridges, roads, and underpasses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive oversight of construction, project management, and project controls teams to ensure safe, on-time, high-quality, and commercially sound delivery.
• Lead technical, engineering, QA/QC, and HSE functions to ensure full compliance, system integration, and adherence to project and regulatory standards.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and PMV/fleet operations to optimise resource allocation, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
• Direct project planning, scheduling, and cost control to maintain programme milestones, budget performance, and reporting accuracy.
• Manage client, stakeholder, and regulatory relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure approvals, compliance, and overall project success.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 25-30 years of experience, with the majority being within large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience working on infrastructure projects in KSA, involving bridges, roads, and underpasses.
• Experience managing multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously.
