Key Responsibilities:

Project Governance:
Define and enforce enterprise-wide project governance frameworks, methodologies, and standards.

Strategic Alignment:
Align all project portfolios with corporate strategy and executive priorities.

Performance Oversight:
Oversee the performance of all divisions and departments across the group, ensuring alignment with objectives.

KPI Development:
Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for senior leadership to monitor progress.

Portfolio Management:
Lead portfolio review cycles and recommend corrective actions for underperforming initiatives to enhance overall performance.

Financial Oversight:
Monitor the financial health of all enterprise projects and programs to ensure stability and growth.

Budget Management:
Identify projects exceeding budget and lead escalation, investigation, and recovery planning to mitigate risks.

Cost Control:
Develop cost-control guidelines and financial forecasting models to provide strategic insights for the organization.

Collaboration with Finance:
Collaborate with Finance to ensure accuracy in budget planning, allocation, and reporting.

Risk Management:
Establish and maintain a unified risk management framework for all projects, facilitating risk assessments and mitigation planning.

Process Coordination:
Coordinate with business-unit PMOs to unify processes, templates, and reporting mechanisms for consistency across the organization.

Change Management:
Support change management and organizational transformation programs to adapt to evolving business needs.

Reporting:
Produce executive-level reports highlighting risks, budget variances, and performance trends for strategic decision-making.

Compliance Assurance:
Ensure projects comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit guidelines.

System Implementation:
Oversee the implementation of enterprise project management systems (PPM tools, dashboards) to enhance project visibility and control.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in a senior project management role, preferably within an EPMO environment.

Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks, methodologies, and change management practices.

Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budget management and financial forecasting.

Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective stakeholder engagement.
