Executive PS Configuration

Job Purpose:

• The purpose of this job is to manage PS Core O&M operations and proactive KPI monitoring to ensure timely detection and resolution of network anomalies.

Job Responsibilities:

Network Availability

• To ensure PS Core availability at 99.999%. Taking preventive measures to maintain it including routines,
• Ensure end to end connectivity and health checks

KPI Monitoring and reporting

• To do regular KPI monitoring to see for any abnormality followed by resolution.
• Provide required reporting to the concerned with the analysis based on the physical alarms and failure reasons.
• Upgrade/Patch Implementation to support the upgrade / patch implantation on adhoc basis for new versions / new services.

Spare Parts Management

• To keep updated record of VAS nodes spares inventory and raise the requirement to Team Leads and coordinate with vendor/NOC team.
• To co-ordinate with vendor/NOC for emergency situation handling.
• To ensure that emergency plan (as provided by superior) is referred before engaging the vendor.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree, preferably in Engineering Domain

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 Years of experience in PS Network

Skills – Generic:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Power Pointt)

Skills – Job Specific:

• Hands on Experience on PS Core Huawei Nodes.
