Job Type: Permanent


Job Purpose:

  • Perform all compliance related documentation reviews related to purchase orders, agreements and BPAs within the existing workflow process, and issue final Purchase Order.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing end to end contract management dashboard.
  • PO Issuance as per policy within agreed lead time and ensuring all the required documentation is attached with PO.
  • Follow-up with project teams for timely initiation of contracts.
  • Contract initiation as per policy within agreed lead time and ensuring all the required documentation is attached with contract Follow-up with all stake holders for timely approval of contract over ERP Portal.
  • Lead vendor onboarding for e-signing, enabling faster, paperless contract execution.
  • Resolve Digidoc and e-signature issues, minimizing delays in contract finalization.
  • Manage and administer the Procurement Compliance (PC) Portal, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and control.

  • Record keeping of the entire data in soft and hard copy for back up and audit purposes.
  • Manage, update & keep track all types of related filling for project.
  • Handling of Physical and Digital Contracts signing.
  • Ensuring procurement policies compliance in day to day activities.
  • Weekly BPA closure activity.
  • Managing Procurement record room and seeking approval for disposal of un-necessary documents as per policy.
  • Conduct Quarterly POs closing activities.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance or commerce.

Work Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in relevant domain.

Skills – Generic:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in pressure circumstances.
  • Time management.
  • Ability to read and comprehend financial statements.
  • Ability to work with development teams for system improvement.

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of purchase management.
  • Hands on practice of ERP System.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent in Excel Reporting and Dashboard.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Presentation Skills.
