Executive Purchase Compliance & PMO

Job Purpose:

  • To manage the centralized Purchase Technical Evaluation (TE) process within the Procurement Department, ensuring compliance, efficiency, transparency, and audit readiness through structured TE sessions, expert pool management, and continuous improvement of TE processes.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Purchase Technical Evaluation (TE) Management Team.
  • Organize and facilitate centralized TE sessions across sourcing projects.
  • Maintain and implement TE Guidebook.
  • Ensure transparency and compliance of TE processes including expert behavior and scoring quality.
  • Monitor and report TE SLA performance and efficiency KPIs; recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate with Procurement Oversight Team to enhance TE framework and resolve process gaps.
  • Ensure mandatory training completion and expert pool data accuracy.
  • Highlight negative expert performance or behavioral concerns to relevant departments.
  • Ensure archiving of all TE-related documentation including signed SOCs, undertakings, feedback, and session videos.
  • Prepare weekly TE project sheets and SLA compliance reports for management review.
  • Maintain expert feedback database and share summaries with HODs for performance review.


Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree. Master’s Degree in Supply Chain / Project Management shall be preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Up to 2–3 years of experience is required. Relevant experience of procurement / technical evaluation shall be preferred.

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Strong understanding of technical evaluation and procurement processes
  • Knowledge of policy compliance and audit documentation
  • Expert stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Data analysis and reporting for TE SLA monitoring
  • TE session planning and facilitation
