What You’ll Do

• Recruit and place accounting and finance professionals ranging from Staff Accountants and Bookkeepers to Controllers, Finance Managers, and CFOs
• Source and engage top talent through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, job boards, market mapping, and cold outreach
• Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate technical skills, career goals, and cultural fit
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand business needs and hiring priorities
• Develop new client relationships and generate business opportunities within the accounting and finance market
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing through offer negotiation and placement
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients as a trusted advisor
• Provide career guidance, market insight, and consultative support throughout the hiring process

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in:
• Accounting & Finance recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
• OR accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, AP/AR, finance, or related business functions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to grow your own desk and earnings
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Comfortable with business development, networking, and outreach
• Stable work history with a track record of professional success
