IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The position is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and standardized regional procurement reporting by consolidating and analyzing data, tracking KPIs, monitoring PR-to-PO cycle times, savings, and compliance. It also supports forecasting and management reviews to strengthen governance and enable informed decision-making.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Support compliance and governance by managing and updating SLAs, ensuring adherence to procurement standards, mitigating risks, and driving continuous process improvements within Regional Procurement.
• Maintain and manage a centralized procurement dashboard to track key metrics and provide actionable insights for informed and proactive decision-making.
• Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and deliver consolidated weekly and monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with the ERP team to facilitate and implement approved SAP system enhancements effectively and within timelines.
• Evaluate regional procurement processes and systems, recommend and track improvements, and support the implementation of process optimization initiatives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

Professional Degree in Business Administration/Finance or Supply Chain Management from recognized institute.

Possess strong knowledge of supply chain processes and systems, including Procure-to-Pay, contract administration, warehousing, and logistics.
