IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


Be responsible for the effective allocation, management, and optimization of resources within the sales team. This role involves coordinating personnel, tools, and budgetary resources to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to meet targets and deadlines.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


  • Coordinate the allocation of resources (personnel, tools, and financial assets) to various sales support projects and initiatives. o Work closely with sales managers to ensure that the sales team has the necessary resources to meet targets. o Monitor resource usage and adjust allocations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist in planning and forecasting manpower needs based on the sales pipeline, workloads, and projected sales activities. o Work with HR and other departments to ensure that the right talent is available for sales support functions. o Manage schedules and assignments of support staff to ensure coverage for critical sales activities.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for sales support activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. o Track expenses related to sales support tools, technology, and personnel, and provide reports to senior management on resource utilization. o Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve resource efficiency without compromising the quality of sales support.
  • Manage the selection, deployment, and optimization of sales support tools, including CRM systems, reporting platforms, and communication tools. o Ensure that all tools and systems used by the sales support team are upto-date, well-integrated, and effectively supporting sales processes. o Train staff on the proper use of sales support tools and systems to enhance productivity.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track the performance and utilization of resources within the sales support team. o Provide data-driven insights to senior management to assist with strategic planning and resource optimization. o Identify areas where resource allocation can be improved to enhance overall sales support efficiency.
  • Work closely with sales managers and business development teams to understand their resource needs and provide timely support. o Serve as a liaison between the sales support team and other departments (e.g., HR, Finance, IT) to ensure smooth operations and resource availability. o Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to optimize resource utilization and project outcomes


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification:


  • BBA/ MBA
  • Certification in Selling is an art will be a plus.


Experience:


  • Experience in the field of sales & distribution.
  • Experience in managing internal & external stakeholders
  • Effective resource allocation and optimization.
  • Strong financial and budgetary management
  • Market Awareness
