Responsibilities
  • Perform the entire sales process facilitating the sale of new vehicles on behalf of the brand.
  • Record and manage each enquiry in the dealer management system, demonstrating proactive follow up.
  • Ensure the customer transaction is seamless, meeting customer expectations and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Understand key performance indicators given by the line manager.
  • Support the line manager to maximize the profitability of each sale and maintain sales operations to desired standards in display and presentation.
  • Follow the documented sales process, complying with company and legal requirements.
  • Assist the customer in understanding the process and requirements to fulfil the purchase of a new vehicle.
  • Adhere to all HSSE standards.
  • Follow the direction of the line manager during the sales process.
  • Ensure cleared funds of cash or finance prior to vehicle release and handle trade in facility.
  • Follow vehicle registration guidelines in line with each Emirate's requirements.
  • Represent and deliver a professional customer experience at all times.
  • Comply with security procedures for all monies and vehicle assets.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills with 3 5 years of experience in car sales.
  • Negotiating skills involving finance and trade in.
  • Problem solving abilities and handling complex situations.
  • Hands on work ethic.
  • Skillful use of the dealer management system and timely follow up with commentary.
  • Sales process knowledge.
  • Customer facing and product knowledge.
  • Culturally aware.
  • Compliance with security procedures for all monies and vehicle assets.
