Position: Executive Revenue Management

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the Executive Revenue Management role is to support revenue optimization through assisting with revenue recording, forecasting, and data management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Revenue recording & Optimization:
-
Assist in the recording and tracking of revenue across different channels and segments.

Recording of revenue as per IFRS to meet the Audit Requirements.
Forecasting and Analysis:
-
Support revenue forecasting and assist in analyzing revenue trends.

Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to Management.
Data Management:

Utilizing data analytics and revenue management software to make informed decisions and adjustments.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the General Ledger.

Recording of Revenue of LDI, GCSS and other streams.

Prepare and present monthly closing reports and generate ad hoc reports as needed.

Prepare reconciliation of settlement accounts and aging reports for receivables and payables.

Handle monthly preparation of operator settlement files, ensure sign-off from all stakeholders, and process in ERP.

Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities, including CMCC reporting, and internal and external audits for CMPak.

Perform reconciliations of receivable/ payable balances with operators and business departments and sort for the resolution
Collaboration:

Working closely with sales, marketing, GCSS, LDI and finance teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.

Closely coordinate with departments to adjust the revenue timely.
Performance Monitoring:

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue generation and profitability.

Provide valuable insights to Management through Visualization and Dashboards.

Monitoring of performance as per IFRS.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
-
Must have a Bachelors degree. CA (Finalist), ACCA, ICMA, CIMA or MBA Finance would be preferred.
Work Experience:
-
Up to 2-3 Years of experience is required.
Skills – Job Specific:
-
Basic understanding of the telecommunication industry and the local market.

Strong analytical skills.

Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
-
Detail-Oriented Ability to use analytical tools SQL, Power BI etc. will be preferred
